The Best Stability Shoes I Tried and Tested, Hoka Arahi 8.

    What's up guys I want to share with you my experience with Hoka Arahi 8. At first look I love the design of this shoe and I never regret buying it even though this shoe is quite expensive compare to other brand especially the Chinese made shoes like Anta PG 7 and Li-ning Feidan Chalenger which is cheaper than Hoka Arahi 8, but I never tried wearing these shoes. I am favoring the Hoka Arahi 8, since having the previous version of Hoka Arahi it really made me love  with a lasting impression of the Hoka Arahi line. I love the shoe not because of design and style but it's durability, comfort and stability The shoe is light weight, the upper is made of double jacquard mesh for durability and breathability. The shoe collar has a lot of padding to support your ankle. The hard rubber outsole has a good grip on every impact on the surface.

     
    The shoe is very comfortable, my feet still fresh after my run. I really love the comfort of Hoka Arahi 8. The H-Frame technology gives more support and stability, it helps secure my feet not rolling inward and every stride is very smooth. It also helps minimize injuries related to running and gives my feet a very fresh feeling. So far so good this shoe really give me a good reason to run. The shoe is not flexible a characteristic of a stability shoe, but the shoe is responsive it is best for daily running and walking. I don't have a rotation shoe maybe an alternative one like Adidas Supernova Rise 3. I tried to run the previous version of Adidas Supernova Rise first edition, it's quite good but i never run the Supernova Rise 3 planning to buy soon for my shoe rotation. Having a Hoka Arahi 8 makes me feel great during my run it never gives my feet an experience of physical discomfort on every stride. The shoe has a snug fit and feel secure during my running sessions.
 

    If you have any problem with mild pronation Hoka Arahi 8 is the best option for you. The H-Frame technology gives your feet good support and stability during your run. This is one of the best daily trainer shoe I have for a moment. If you love running choose the shoes appropriate for you don't buy shoes that is not comfortable I love this shoe hopefully you love it also.

My Journey As A DepEd Worker

Being promoted to the next position is a big bonus for me because I can still enjoy my hobby of bike riding. I can ride a bicycle almost every day to work. I don't have to plan my daily ride because it is the means of my transportation for 40 minutes going to work and 30 minutes going back home. As a fitness enthusiast, I can still enjoy the benefits of exercise while at work. Mountain biking is one of the best cardio workouts, it helps relieve stress-related illnesses, help burns fats, maintains weight, and improved red blood cells to carry more oxygen in our blood.
