BIR Office The first office that I visited, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Talisay, Cebu City, to submit BIR Form 1905 to update the tax remitting agency of the newly hired employee. One down and need four more offices to transact, from BIR office I need to ride a bus to reach my second destination the GSIS Office. GSIS Building The second stop, the Government Service Insurance System ( GSIS) Regional office, to  pick up the official receipt of the premiums paid since we are advised to pay directly to the bank as  precautionary measures of the COVID 19 restrictions and to avoid long lines at the GSIS counter.
