My Journey As A DepEd Worker

Being promoted to the next position is a big bonus for me because I can still enjoy my hobby of bike riding. I can ride a bicycle almost every day to work. I don't have to plan my daily ride because it is the means of my transportation for 40 minutes going to work and 30 minutes going back home. As a fitness enthusiast, I can still enjoy the benefits of exercise while at work. Mountain biking is one of the best cardio workouts, it helps relieve stress-related illnesses, help burns fats, maintains weight, and improved red blood cells to carry more oxygen in our blood. I am very thankful to the previous superintendent Dr. Orlando G. Cadano who assigned me here at Malubog Elementary School. Many say it is very far they told me to buy a motorcycle but I bought a Mountain Bike instead. I love this place because this is the birthplace of my father. Food serves fuel to our body, like carbohydrates and protein it converts into energy, but in excess, our body cannot burn them all it turns into bad cholesterol (LDL) and decreases our good cholesterol (HDL). I manage this by doing it in my own way. First , I don't choose any food whether it is meat (pork or beef), fish and vegetables but I don't over-eat and coffee is always included in my breakfast. Overeating can make our stomach increase in size the more foods we eat the more our stomach increases its size. It is very seldom for me to take morning snacks I prefer afternoon snacks. Second , Lunchtime same as my breakfast any food that is available, but sometimes I can not avoid eating extra meals because we eat in a group together with my co-workers. Lastly , I eat only fruits during dinner. At first, it is not easy to do because I felt hungry and my food is not enough, little by little I trained my s
