This is my simple review of the Nike Downshifter 9. The shoe is lightweight  and responsive, the upper is made of synthetic materials with a shiny finish and ventilation is good. Overall the shoe offers good value for money. I own this shoe for almost a year now and the shoe still looks good. Thanks to my cousin  who gave me this shoe. Best for Neutral and Wide Feet The downshifter for me is ideal for short-distance runs for about 5 to 10 kilometers because the shoe has minimal cushion, but it has plenty of room for wide feet and has excellent breathability. The Nike Downshifter 9 is recommended for beginners who love to run in short distances, but probably for neutral runners.
