    Buswang Elementary School is located in the outskirts of the Toledo City a sitio of Barangay Cambang-ug it is surrounded by mountains and rivers. The former principal Ma. Hazel M. Godornes was transferred to Bunga Elementary School she was replaced by the new school head Mr. Fernando E. Kilag from Cambang-ug Elementary School.     The road is very rough, passing in this kind of terrain is very challenging especially in rainy season the road is very slippery. The river is also a major concern of the residence living in Buswang they cannot cross the river during heavy flooding and also for the teachers is the same sentiments. The local barangay officials did nothing to alleviate the problems many are asking that the bridge could be built for their easy access.     The means of transportation of barangay Buswang is a motorcyacle or "Habal-habal", The fare is not cheap it cost you 200.00 pesos per ride. This is my simple review of the Nike Downshifter 9. The shoe is lightweight and responsive, the upper is made of synthetic materials with a shiny finish and ventilation is good. Overall the shoe offers good value for money. I own this shoe for almost a year now and the shoe still looks good. Thanks to my cousin who gave me this shoe. Best for Neutral and Wide Feet

The downshifter for me is ideal for short-distance runs for about 5 to 10 kilometers because the shoe has minimal cushion, but it has plenty of room for wide feet and has excellent breathability. The Nike Downshifter 9 is recommended for beginners who love to run in short distances, but probably for neutral runners.

Best for a light run

I admire the durability of the Nike Downshifter even the shoe is not the same as other Nike running shoes for a long-distance run but it still serves its purpose for your running activities. If you are looking for a budget shoe try the Nike Downshifter 9 for a sale price at Nike APAC.

My First 10k Marathon

I  wake up early in the morning excited for my first marathon. Before that, I have to travel 1 hr and 22 min (46.2 km) from Toledo City, which is my hometown to reach Cebu City and stayed a friend for a night and their house is only a walk away from  Abellana Cebu City Sports Center , the venue of the Marathon. When I heard the starting gun which signals the start of the race, I began to run slowly but surely to reach the finished line... and finally, I reach the finished line to accomplish my first 10k marathon. Rank number 61 with personal time 00:59:59 but that was six years ago. My next aim to run a 21k but never realized, maybe someday I can do it.... and maybe next full marathon 42k . The good shoes to recommend is the  Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit 2.
