    Remembering my late mother this Mother's Day was very heart warming, since she's gone for a long time but still I was longing for her because our bond since birth was undeniable, she was always there at my side and nurtured me until I grow into an adult. My mother is very strict and disciplinarian.     When  i finished my college while working as a janitor of Toledo National Vocational School, my mother was always there at my side and attended my college graduation without my father because he passed away when i was 19 years old. Food serves fuel to our body, like carbohydrates and protein it converts into energy, but in excess, our body cannot burn them all it turns into bad cholesterol (LDL) and decreases our good cholesterol (HDL). I manage this by doing it in my own way. First , I don't choose any food whether it is meat (pork or beef), fish and vegetables but I don't over-eat and coffee is always included in my breakfast. Overeating can make our stomach increase in size the more foods we eat the more our stomach increases its size. It is very seldom for me to take morning snacks I prefer afternoon snacks. Second , Lunchtime same as my breakfast any food that is available, but sometimes I can not avoid eating extra meals because we eat in a group together with my co-workers.
