Our bodies need food, but some are not good for us. Food serves fuel to our body, like carbohydrates and protein it converts into energy, but in excess, our body cannot burn them all it turns into bad cholesterol (LDL) and decreases our good cholesterol (HDL). I manage this by doing it in my own way.
Second, Lunchtime same as my breakfast any food that is available, but sometimes I can not avoid eating extra meals because we eat in a group together with my co-workers.
Lastly, I eat only fruits during dinner. At first, it is not easy to do because I felt hungry and my food is not enough, little by little I trained my stomach by gradually adjusting the amount of rice into half a cup and adding fruits, vegetables, and vegetable juices before dinner for about a week, but my stomach still craved for a bowl of extra rice. How I do it? When my stomach craved rice I increased my fruit consumption by eating an additional banana or any fruits that are not acidic. For almost (3) three years of dieting with fruits and vegetables, I never gain extra weight. Sometimes, I reward my body by eating dinner with rice, especially during special occasions.
Hope my blog will inspire those who want to lose some weight, Fruit diet is not expensive if we buy our native fruits like banana, papaya, guava, mango, and jack fruits, We can buy these in our wet market, we can also plant these in our backyard. Vegetable juice like carrots, chayote, squash, turnips, and other vegetable juice is also beneficial to our body, instead of soft drinks, vegetable juice is the best.
