    Remembering my late mother this Mother's Day was very heart warming, since she's gone for a long time but still I was longing for her because our bond since birth was undeniable, she was always there at my side and nurtured me until I grow into an adult. Bicycle is one the best transportation in today's new normal, biking helps boost our immune system and also a form of cardio exercise. Help boost red blood cell production, the more oxygen intake the more red blood cells our body can produce.

In study shows that riding a bicycle every day help reduce blood fats in our body and also makes us less being sick than those who commute from work, in Japan, for instance, most of their worker rides bicycle.

Since the COVID 19 pandemic began, the means of transportation is a bicycle. So many people ride a bicycle and almost everybody wanted it, because of this the demand for bicycles is high and also the price. Riding a bicycle every day from work helps a lot especially saves fare and at the same time doing daily exercise.

Biking is a cardio workout that helps reduced fats in our body especially in the belly area which is very hard to trim down and maybe can sculpt into six packs abs,  but don't forget protein in your diet, like eating, fish, red meat, and eggs. If you are not a meat lover eat veggies rich in protein, like legumes and soy products.

When our body loses fats gradually it will transform us from fat to fit, help us gain some confidence and we can wear any clothes according to style.

Biking is one of the best workouts because it reduced the risk of cardiovascular disease, strengthens our heart muscles, and reduces our blood fat levels. Many health experts recommend biking because it is not so stressful, unlike, running, bodybuilding, and many other exercises, before doing any excise it is advised to see your doctor to avoid any injuries.
