Being promoted to the next position is a big bonus for me because I can still enjoy my hobby of bike riding. I can ride a bicycle almost every day to work. I don't have to plan my daily ride because it is the means of my transportation for 40 minutes going to work and 30 minutes going back home. As a fitness enthusiast, I can still enjoy the benefits of exercise while at work. Mountain biking is one of the best cardio workouts, it helps relieve stress-related illnesses, help burns fats, maintains weight, and improved red blood cells to carry more oxygen in our blood. I am very thankful to the previous superintendent Dr. Orlando G. Cadano who assigned me here at Malubog Elementary School. Many say it is very far they told me to buy a motorcycle but I bought a Mountain Bike instead. I love this place because this is the birthplace of my father. DepEd Toledo Teachers and Personnel will receive "Local Allowance 2021"

Toledo City, Philippines, Mayor Marjorie "Joie" Perales slated the scheduled distribution of honorarium of teaching and non-teaching personnel of DepEd amounting to 3,000 pesos which cover from July to December 2021. The schedule and venue of distribution will be on December 20, 2021, at the Toledo City Sports Center Megadome.

The teachers are happy they receive their honorarium every year for a minimum of 500 pesos per month in addition to their salaries and bonuses. The Local Allowance means to them. The love and passion for teaching with enthusiasm are still in their heart. They are the modern heroes, and we are proud of them.

The non-teaching personnel of DepEd is always accommodating to teachers in preparation for their salaries and other needs.

On the other hand, DepEd teaching and non-teaching personnel will receive the Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) no earlier than December 15, 2021. There's a lot of reason why teachers are merrier this Christmas.

For now, the only benefit that teachers and non-teaching personnel are not sure to receive is the Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) because it is still under process by the DepEd concern personnel who work overtime to consolidate all data. According to some sources, the PBB may be available by December 2021.
