Buswang Elementary School is located in the outskirts of the Toledo City surrounded by mountains and rivers. The former principal Ma. Hazel M. Godornes was transferred to Bunga elementary School she was replaced by the new school head Mr. Fernando E, Kilag. The road is very rough passing in this kind of terrain is very challenging especially in raininy season the road is very slippery. The river is also a major concern of the reisidence living in BUswang they cannot cross the river during floads and also for the teachers is the same senntiments. The local barangay officials did nothing to alleviate the problems many are asking that the bridge could be built for their easy acces.

DepEd Toledo Teachers and Personnel will receive "Local Allowance 2021"

Toledo City, Philippines, Mayor Marjorie "Joie" Perales slated the scheduled distribution of honorarium of teaching and non-teaching personnel of DepEd amounting to 3,000 pesos which cover from July to December 2021. The schedule and venue of distribution will be on December 20, 2021, at the Toledo City Sports Center Megadome.

The teachers are happy they receive their honorarium every year for a minimum of 500 pesos per month in addition to their salaries and bonuses. The Local Allowance means to them. The love and passion for teaching with enthusiasm are still in their heart. They are the modern heroes, and we are proud of them.

The non-teaching personnel of DepEd is always accommodating to teachers in preparation for their salaries and other needs.

On the other hand, DepEd teaching and non-teaching personnel will receive the Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) no earlier than December 15, 2021. There's a lot of reason why teachers are merrier this Christmas.

For now, the only benefit that teachers and non-teaching personnel are not sure to receive is the Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) because it is still under process by the DepEd concern personnel who work overtime to consolidate all data. According to some sources, the PBB may be available by December 2021.

My First 10k Marathon

I  wake up early in the morning excited for my first marathon. Before that, I have to travel 1 hr and 22 min (46.2 km) from Toledo City, which is my hometown to reach Cebu City and stayed a friend for a night and their house is only a walk away from  Abellana Cebu City Sports Center , the venue of the Marathon. When I heard the starting gun which signals the start of the race, I began to run slowly but surely to reach the finished line... and finally, I reach the finished line to accomplish my first 10k marathon. Rank number 61 with personal time 00:59:59 but that was six years ago. My next aim to run a 21k but never realized, maybe someday I can do it.... and maybe next full marathon 42k .
