My Journey As A DepEd Worker

Being promoted to the next position is a big bonus for me because I can still enjoy my hobby of bike riding. I can ride a bicycle almost every day to work. I don't have to plan my daily ride because it is the means of my transportation for 40 minutes going to work and 30 minutes going back home. As a fitness enthusiast, I can still enjoy the benefits of exercise while at work. Mountain biking is one of the best cardio workouts, it helps relieve stress-related illnesses, help burns fats, maintains weight, and improved red blood cells to carry more oxygen in our blood. I am very thankful to the previous superintendent Dr. Orlando G. Cadano who assigned me here at Malubog Elementary School. Many say it is very far they told me to buy a motorcycle but I bought a Mountain Bike instead. I love this place because this is the birthplace of my father. If somebody leaves you, let them go it's not your loss, you have a life of your own, don't feel you're alone.  DON'TS Avoid alcohol, the more you drink the more you became desperate and maybe it led to any sort of substance abuse and it will impair your judgment. DO'S First , talk to your family or close relatives because they are the real people who can understand you. Second , talk to your close friends that you can trust because their advice is for your own good, you have to listen to them.  Third , ask for advice from a neighbor or your co-worker much older than you, because their advice is unique based on their experiences and maybe it can ease any hurt feelings that you have. Food serves fuel to our body, like carbohydrates and protein it converts into energy, but in excess, our body cannot burn them all it turns into bad cholesterol (LDL) and decreases our good cholesterol (HDL). I manage this by doing it in my own way. First , I don't choose any food whether it is meat (pork or beef), fish and vegetables but I don't over-eat and coffee is always included in my breakfast. Overeating can make our stomach increase in size the more foods we eat the more our stomach increases its size. It is very seldom for me to take morning snacks I prefer afternoon snacks. Second , Lunchtime same as my breakfast any food that is available, but sometimes I can not avoid eating extra meals because we eat in a group together with my co-workers. Prajes Today November 28, 2020, Saturday, no electricity total blackout in the whole Toledo City area from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, every activity that we are used to, suddenly stops, like washing our clothes since, the water supply was interrupted and no entertainment to appease our eyes like television shows and many other things to calm us during a brownout, only going outside looking many cars passed by. Only cellular phones are the ones we can depend on this time opening our social media accounts and send messages to our friends. Those gaming addicts on their cellular phones sustain severe punishment if they can survive up to (11) eleven-hour battery life without charging. My First 10k Marathon

I  wake up early in the morning excited for my first marathon. Before that, I have to travel 1 hr and 22 min (46.2 km) from Toledo City, which is my hometown to reach Cebu City and stayed a friend for a night and their house is only a walk away from  Abellana Cebu City Sports Center , the venue of the Marathon. When I heard the starting gun which signals the start of the race, I began to run slowly but surely to reach the finished line... and finally, I reach the finished line to accomplish my first 10k marathon. Rank number 61 with personal time 00:59:59 but that was six years ago. My next aim to run a 21k but never realized, maybe someday I can do it.... and maybe next full marathon 42k .
